Legal Obligations and Guarantees:
We provide refund in case if the services were not provided or not delivered to the client for whichever reason. The refund is provided within two weeks and the transfer is returned only to the originating account to avoid any fraud less the bank charges which are US $30 - US$ 70. This policy applies for all cases and for clients from any country.
Fraud Warning:
Be aware of the websites and companies that offer the same services as SACP but cheaper (they can also offer cheap European citizenships and passport from several Eastern European countries). We cooperate with several investigation agencies and already found the owners of some fraudulent websites who copied our information thus breaking the Copyright Law. The police has already applied with legal sanctions through the courts, with seizures and inprisonment to the fraudulent website owners that take money from people and do not provide anything or deliver fake or invalid documents. NOTE that these websites are fraudulent and they will never provide you with the citizenship service that you order (which is displayed on their websites) or provide you with fake documents which is a CRIMINAL activity both to the issuer and to the bearer.
Scam Warning:
We have received numerous claims from clients of the following websites: www.diplomaticsecondpassports.com, www.goldbergpartners.com, www.goldberglegalpartners.com, www.pfeiffer-klestil.com, www.second-passport-citizenship.com, www.goldstein-lawyers.com, www.ashbridge-consulting.com, www.visa.cc. Most of the claims include non receipt of service and documents, and some claims include receipt of fake documents (passport books are not registered, signed by officers that do not work in the respective authorities, some passport book numbers appear in the stolen list, also verified that certificates are not registered). Further primary verification showed that the addresses shown on these websites are invalid and there are no representation of the company or website representative available.
If you are a vistim of these or other websites - please contact us at fraud@gosacp.com with the description of your situation. If you have suspicion in received documents - send us scans for verification, or provide country of issue, date of issue and document number (passport and certificate).
We cooperate with investigation agencies in several countries in regards to prosecute fraud and will add your case to our collective claims. |
